Qualifications
Aeronautical background (Bachelor) with 0-2 years of experience in airlines Operations or equivalent
Fluent in English
General knowledge of aircraft system is a plus
Having knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/Tech. Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop/Metaweb CGM Viewer is a plus
Having knowledge in IT tools and particularly in the authoring of structured documentation in XML is a plus

Flight Operations Engineer - Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities
A) Accountabilities:
Define the relevant Flight Operational Standards:
Contributes in safe and optimized aircraft operation through availability of up to date and customized FCOM, FCTM, QRH, CCOM, AFM, MMEL, WBM and their embedded performance data.
Define; coordinate the authoring and the update of these manuals upon Airbus Flight Operations Support & Services departments’ requests taking into account operational specificities and in line with individual aircraft definition.
Ensure safe, legal and optimized flight planning and operations.

C) Main activities
Operational standards
Define and write relevant flight operations manuals according to the Flight Operational Standards defined by the Airbus Flight Operations Support & Services department. Propose flight operations solutions, discuss them with all involved contributors.
Ensure continuous updating of relevant flight operations manuals according to aircraft definition, operational feedbacks and requests from customers, authorities / agencies or internals. This activity also considers the computation of all manuals embedded performance data
Manage aircraft configuration to ensure coverage of individual aircraft definition in relevant flight operations manuals
Operational support to customers
Prepare flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS and many other informational components required for the safe completion of flight
Ensure that all flight operations concerns and needs raised by the customer, are well assessed and addressed within the defined time scale
Contribute in daily flight operations activity with Airlines by answering airlines questions on flight operations matter upon Airbus Flight Operations Support & Services departments’ requests
Ensure the follow-up of any contract sold by the commercial department up to the invoicing
Qualifications
Master degree in Aeronautical Engineer
3 to 5 years-experiences in airlines Operations
English: fluent
Flight dispatch knowledge is mandatory
Project management knowledge
Tutoring skills
Having Flight Dispatch License is a plus
General knowledge of aircraft system is of added values
Presentation skills & Customers contacts are of added values

Sale Manager
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Process
Apply commercial, pricing and distribution policies & processes (ex: sales funnel, demand management)
Forecast
Develop and submit to Head of Sales Sub-Region accurate forecast, for the assigned accounts
Responsible for the accuracy and currency of data in CRM tools (Siebel…)
Offers& Sales
Responsible for Sales campaigns for assigned accounts as per her/his mandate,
Support the preparation of winning offers with accurate sales inputs – capture plan, sales strategy, strategic paper, win price, drivers to customer satisfaction - based on market knowledge
Negotiate and conclude contracts within his mandate
Escalate for approval by the relevant management (Regional Sales) deviations to the policies beyond the mandate

Submit trade-in forecast for the assigned accounts, responsible for forecast accuracy
Contribution tore-sale plan
Strategy
Key Contributor to Country’s strategy definition, including identification and recommendation of Partnerships, Distributors or Commercial agents if and when required.
Apply country’s strategy for Sales
Manage the distribution network if and when applicable
Qualifications

Extensive personal network of HNWI community in Thailand and knowledge of Thailand Society.
Good track record of successful sales campaign
Knowledge of Aviation Operators’ Business model is a plus.
